James Dean

James is an experienced, confident and motivated business analyst with over 6 years' experience who has worked in various domains such as corporate and business registries, life sciences and energy and is someone who is always striving to seek best practices for business analysts and the business analysis profession.

 

James has a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree (BSc) in IT Management and has gained both ECBA (Entry Certifcate in Business Analysis) and Agile Analysis Certificate (AAC) from IIBA and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from scrum.org.

Outside of work James is a dancer and a twin.

Treasurer

João de Oliveira

João is a seasoned Business Analyst, with over a decade of experience in the Financial Services industry and a diverse background in areas such as Business Transformation, Change Management, Business Readiness, Project Management and Service Operations.

 

João has a degree in Information Technology for Management and a Post Graduation in Project Management. Certified in ITIL 2011, as a Trainer and a ScrumMaster (Scrum Alliance).

Victoria Agu

Victoria is an CBAP accomplished Business Analyst with over 9 years’ experience within the Financial Services, Banking, Telecom, NGO, Public, and Private Industry Sector and is a certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Project Manager.

 

Victoria holds a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Accounting from the Technological University Dublin, Tallaght Campus, and also a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dublin Business School, Dublin, Ireland.

Lalita Lalwani

Lalita is a Business Analyst with 14 years of experience in various domains such as banking, insurance, retail, and healthcare and has worked as Business Analyst, Project Lead, Scrum Master, Agile Implementation.

 

Lalita holds a master’s degree in Business Analytics and certifications in business analysis and data science and is passionate about solving business problems using data-driven approaches and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. She is also an avid reader and blogger who shares her knowledge and insights on Business Analysis and Artificial Intelligence topics.

In her free time, she loves to travel, volunteer, and explore different cultures.
