We are thrilled to welcome Filip Hendrickx as our speaker for this event. Filip is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of experience in bridging business analysis and innovation. His work spans across being a speaker, trainer, coach, author, and consultant. Filip is the co-founder of the BA & Beyond Conference and currently serves as the President of the IIBA Brussels Chapter. His dedication to the BA profession and community was recognized with the 2022 IIBA® EMEA Region Volunteer of the Year Award.

Filip is also an accomplished author. Together with Ian Richards, he co-authored "Brainy Glue," a business novel focusing on business analysis, innovation, and change. He has also contributed to the BCS book "Digital Product Management" and "Cycles," a book, method, and toolkit for faster innovation.
