Thea was one of the authors of the IIBA’s BABOK 3.0, specifically the Techniques chapter, the Underlying Competencies chapter, and the Glossary, and she recently had the book Business Analysis  Bridging the Gap Across Industries published to reduce the learning curve for Business Analysts entering 12 different industries; plans for the next book are underway.

After working as a contractor across almost every industry, from greeting cards to nuclear power and medical diagnostics, Thea is bringing decades of hard-earned lessons to audiences around the world.

Thea serves President of the Tampa Bay IIBA Chapter, provides consulting, coaching, and training to individuals and groups worldwide, and seeks to lift up OUR communities from where they are to who they WANT to become, making each life BETTER, for the GOOD!

RACI Matrix

Accountability, Clarity, and Peace – New and Updated RACI  Plus Communication
The isn't just the RACI we were taught.

RACI is much more useful that only for the Projects.

Thea have used this technique to successfully lead all types of meetings, even the HARDEST and most contentious.  Do you need everyone to leave the meeting with the SAME ideas, understanding what they committed to, when they will deliver, who will be involved, and exactly what decisions were agreed to (and by whom)?

RACI Matrix works! In addition to the RACI, I bring a few considerations based upon personality types, love languages and communication theories.

Join us and for learning and hands-on practice.
