IIBA Ireland Chapter's monthly series continues with Mark Cross, who'll share what it's like working as a Cybersecurity BA.
Session Overview
On a large-scale cloud migration project, a previously unknown stakeholder with veto power surfaced weeks before go-live, threatening to derail the entire programme. This session walks through how that confrontation became a collaborative solution, and what it teaches us about managing security requirements and stakeholder relationships under pressure.
What Youβll Learn
- Managing security requirements that surface from unexpected stakeholders late in delivery.
- Turning a last-minute veto into a collaborative outcome by understanding the concern behind it.
- Articulating the day-to-day user experience benefits of new security controls to build shared ground with delivery teams.
Donβt miss this opportunity to step into the world of business analysis and connect with peers in the broader BA community. See you there! π
