In his latest project, hetackled the challenge of transforming a legacy truck management system for cement factories.
The problem? ๐คThe existing system limited scalability and operational efficiency.
His solution involved developing microservices to manage and monitor industrial data and virtualizing driver card functionality for digital operation, seamlessly integrating with the legacy system through an API.

In this session, Arabinda Das presented the Business Model Canvas.
Arabinda is a seasoned Business Analyst with 9 years of experience in consulting, insurance, and the financial sector. Known for being a great listener and a continuous learner, he excels in requirement gathering, data analysis, stakeholder management, product ownership and user adoption. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, cooking, and exploring different cultures.
He shared what Business Model Canvas is. Participants put on their product thinking hat and practice to create their own BMC for suggested product.
