About the Event - RACI Matrix
Accountability, Clarity, and Peace – New and Updated RACI Plus Communication
This session was not just about the traditional RACI we know. Thea demonstrated how the RACI Matrix can be a powerful tool beyond just projects.
She has successfully used this technique to lead various types of meetings, even the most challenging ones. The RACI Matrix ensures that everyone leaves the meeting with a clear understanding of their commitments, timelines, involved parties, and agreed decisions.
In addition to the RACI, Thea incorporated considerations based on personality types, love languages, and communication theories.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this insightful and hands-on session 🙏🙏
