As part of this month, we’re excited to welcome Tinatini Papashvili - a seasoned BA who will give us a practical look into the world of business analysis as a Manager.
Tinatini Papashvili is an experienced IT Business Analyst (CBAP®), Project Manager (Prince2®), and Product Owner (PSPO II®) with 10+ years of experience driving business and technical alignment through Agile methodologies. Recognised as the first Georgian Certified Agile Analysis Professional (AAC®).
Over the years, she volunteered to mentor and support fellow Business Analysts, sharing knowledge and helping them grow their careers. Through the IIBA Georgia Chapter Founding President, she remains committed to empowering BA professionals and raising the standards of business analysis across the country.
