Promise Akwaowo, CBAP®, is an accomplished Business Analyst and Product professional with a diverse portfolio spanning the construction, finance, higher education, and public service sectors. His practice focuses on business process improvement, Product Innovation, systems implementation, and data-driven decision support across complex organisations.
Beyond project delivery, Promise actively contributes to the advancement of the profession through his involvement with IIBA South Africa, IIBA UK, and IIBA Tampa Bay, where he supports professional development and community learning. He also serves on the APM AI & Data Analytics Interest Network (AIDA) and volunteers with BA Life UK, promoting innovation, mentoring, and cross-sector knowledge exchange within the global business analysis community.
The session walks through a typical workflow within a construction business from site mobilisation to stock management and project close-out, highlighting how structured analysis, process mapping, and digital tools ensure traceability, cost control, and safe delivery.
